Staff are carefully selected by the managers and  each staff member is treated as a respected individual. Executive management  are hands-on in the business and work closely with staff on a daily basis.  There is a definite sense of family, belonging and comradery amongst the team.

At Pino’s we strongly promote and assist employees through plenty of on-the-job training to obtain  Certificates in Hospitality Operations .

We do expect all of our staff to be available on major Public Holidays, including New Year’s, Anzac Day, Easter. throughout  the busy periods, which commences for us in mid-November, As well as the major events that Phillip Island hosts throughout the year, such as the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix, Which it self is an experience! we are closed on Christmas day.

Pino’s is always seeking enthusiastic staff. For non-residents  of Australia, you must have a full work visa.

Pino’s is a member of the Restaurant and Catering Association of Victoria.
